1. The promoter

Vantame Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, operates the prize competitions described on this website ("Vantame", "we", "our"). Contact us via /contact.

2. Nature of the competition

Each Vantame competition is a prize competition under section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005. It is not a lottery and does not require a Gambling Commission licence because:

• Every entrant must answer a skill-based tiebreaker question. Entries with an incorrect answer are void and will not be entered into the draw.
• A genuine free postal entry route is offered alongside paid entries, with identical odds and prizes. See /free-entry.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom and Channel Islands aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Vantame Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter.
• Entries from outside the eligible territory will be void and any payment refunded.

4. How to enter

You may enter in either of two ways, both of which have identical odds of winning:

• Paid entry: purchase an entry bundle on this website and answer the tiebreaker question at checkout.
• Free postal entry: follow the instructions at /free-entry. One free entry per person per draw. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

Maximum 5,000 entries per person per draw across both routes.

5. The tiebreaker

Each competition has a published skill-based question. Only entries with the correct answer qualify for the draw. The tiebreaker is published on the competition page and on the free entry page.

6. The draw

• Closing date and time are published on each competition page.
• The winner is selected at random from all qualifying entries using a certified random number generator.
• If the maximum number of entries is not sold, we may extend the closing date or offer a cash alternative equal to a guaranteed percentage of the retail value, clearly stated on the competition page.
• The winner is contacted within 1 hour of the draw and announced within 24 hours.

7. Prizes

• The winner chooses one prize from the published shortlist for that draw.
• Non-cash prizes carry a retail value of up to £10,000. The cash alternative, where offered, is £5,000 and is not equivalent to the retail value of the other prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable. A cash alternative is offered only where stated.
• Prizes are hand-delivered, fully insured, or collected from our London office within 14 days of confirmation.

8. Refunds

Paid entries are refundable up to 14 days before the published closing date. After this point, entries are non-refundable. Contact us via /contact to request a refund.

9. Membership

Vantame Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Data & privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR for the purposes of administering competitions, verifying winners, and operating your account. We do not sell personal data.

11. Liability

Vantame is not liable for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected, nor for any technical failure preventing entry. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
